Many D/deaf people and D/deaf with disabilities have become good leadership in all fields in the communities worldwide.

These D/deaf people were notable leadership roles in Education, Deaf Society, Sports, and even historians and authors. What makes D/deaf people and D/deaf with disabilities an example of a good leader from the past to today? What about tomorrow?
